69. Karen Refugees – Hua Hin and Sangklaburi

Ministry here is primarily with Karen refugees from Burma who are living in Thai villages as well as children who have one parent living with a fatal disease and/or handicapped children. At this time medical work is vitally needed – there is a mission hospital in Huay Mah Lai village that has an urgent need for doctors along with nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, etc. Not only will your team work in Huay Mah Lai, but you will also have the opportunity to go to many other villages such as Pa La U, Pa Daeng, Huay Sat Yai, all of which are located about one hour west of Hua Hin, in Southern Thailand. If your team has specific medical skills to offer along with a desire to do evangelism, dramas, testimonies etc... – then this location needs YOU!
