7. Local Thai Church - Gantaralak

In the province of Srisaket lies the town of Gantaralak...where Pastor Sompong and his congregation await you and your team! Pastor Sompong has some pretty cool ministry going on and your team can be involved in all of it! There is prison ministry where your team can lead worship every week, train and encourage the prisoners, and even teach them English. There are also local cell groups that your team can plug into by sharing testimonies, leading worship and/or even a short message. The opportunities for evangelism are endless as your team can hold an open air in villages, the local market, and even at the Cambodian border! You can also visit and pray for the sick at the local hospital as well as work with those individuals who suffer from the HIV virus.
